The Carolinas

The beaches of the Carolina Coasts

I love beach vacations. I plan less of them than I used to as I work toward my goal of all 50 states. This will be more relaxing than most of our vacations, allowing for more downtime. I still have a lot planned to see but more at leisure than usual.

Originally this vacation was planned for 2026. We added a couple weekend trips so North and South Carolina will already be done, which allowed me to move this vacation out a couple of years and we will achieve our 50 state goal a year early! Even though this won't matter for our 50 states, I don't want to miss the opportunity to visit this area.
